Kenneth Bridges

Kenneth Bridges has served as a Trustee of the McMahon Foundation since 1982. He has provided decades of continuity, institutional knowledge, and dedication to the Foundation’s mission. Mike Mayhall, CPA

Mike Mayhall joined the McMahon Foundation Board of Trustees in 2008. He is a CPA and tax attorney with a successful practice in Lawton and is actively engaged in the community. Kenneth Easton
Trustee Emeritus
1991 – 2024

Kenneth Easton was named Trustee Emeritus in December 2025 following 34 years of dedicated service on the McMahon Foundation Board of Trustees. He joined the Board in December 1991 and served faithfully for more than three decades, including as Chairman from 2017 to 2019, where he provided steady leadership and thoughtful stewardship of the Foundation’s mission.
Kenneth’s connection to the Foundation began long before his board service. As a young child, he remembers watching the McMahon Foundation building being constructed — an experience that made his later role as Trustee a meaningful full-circle moment. His decades of commitment reflect both his deep roots in the community and his enduring dedication to preserving and advancing the McMahon family’s philanthropic legacy.

Carol Herrick
Executive Director

Carol Herrick serves as Executive Director of the McMahon Foundation. She provides strategic leadership for the Foundation’s philanthropic mission, operations, and long-term planning. She works closely with the Board of Trustees to ensure responsible stewardship, effective grantmaking, and alignment with the McMahon family legacy. “The McMahon Foundation’s work is rooted in stewardship – honoring a legacy of generosity while building systems and partnerships that serve the community with care and intention.”
Michelle Bulman
Operations Manager

Michelle Bulman serves as Operations Manager for the McMahon Foundation. She supports the day-to-day administrative, financial, and operational functions of the organization. “Strong operations are essential to meaningful philanthropy, and my role is to support the Foundation’s work with care, accuracy, and consistency.”
