The McMahon Foundation is pleased to make its Assembly Room available, when scheduling allows, for civic and community-focused functions that strengthen Southwest Oklahoma. The space is well-suited for meetings, planning sessions, training, and gatherings that support public service and nonprofit work.

Use of the Assembly Room is prioritized for nonprofit, educational, and civic organizations. All requests are reviewed in the order received and are subject to availability and approval. Groups are expected to use the space respectfully and leave it in good condition.

When submitting a request, please be prepared to share your preferred date and time, expected attendance, and any setup or support needs.

Please note that submission of a request does not guarantee approval. The McMahon Foundation reserves the right to decline requests that fall outside the space’s intended civic use or conflict with Foundation operations.
